MerryWand Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your MerryWand! If you’re not happy with your
order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a return
under our 30-day guarantee.

To start a return, email merrywand@proton.me with your order number
and a brief description of how we can help. We’ll send you the next
steps and return instructions.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the
correct return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with
your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make
it right.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll let you know about
your refund. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment
method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
